Mumbai Science present their latest single Déjà Vu, which is also the first single of their same-titled debut album. The EP including two phenomenal remixes by The Loops Of Fury and BS1 is already out on Lektroluv Records. Déjà Vu could possibly be the revival of the late 90s electroclash, which you might know from the likes of Miss Kittin and The Hacker. To be honestly, I need to listen to it several times but now I’m really in love with the song.
My first feelings with the two remixes were completly different – instant love. Especially with the BS1 remix. The two Italians turned it into this rough-technoid-warehouse-style and the best thing is, you can download it for free over at Mixmag. Last but not least the remix from The Loops Of Fury, who delivers a high voltage festival edition – for the magical moments!
Be sure to pick the free download and support them by purchasing the EP on Beatport or iTunes.
And by the way, Mumbai Science’s debut album “Déjà Vu” will be out on June 16 and features collaborations with Peaches, Mixhell, Gustaph (Hercules and Love Affair) and more. From techno-with-an-attitude, over faux-pas electro-clash to straight-up Belgian rave. Expect a wonderful journey through the soundscapes of Mumbai Science and pre-order it here on iTunes.
