Finally the wait is over. According to the latest rumors in the last days, it’s sure that Daft Punk will release their fourth album in 2013! The 1993-founded legendary french duo around Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter canceled their contract with EMI and signed to Sony’s Columbia Records.
Both worked together with Chilly Gonzales, Oscar-winning songwriter Paul Williams, Animal Collective’s Panda Bear and disco pioneer Giorgio Moroder for the new LP.
Only the release-date is unsure. According to the latest guardian post, it will be out in May 2013. We will see. Hopefully it comes and I don’t care if it comes in May or August! With all these rumors and news, the pressure about the LP will be huge!
